Free Pie for a Year Official Contest Rules
• No purchase necessary to enter.
• Entry blanks must be filled out in store or mailed to P.O. Box 3048, Estes Park, CO 80517. To enter by mail without an entry form, send your name, address, age, phone number, and email address to the address above.
• Entries must be received by noon 14 July 2010.
• You must be 18 years old at time of entry to win.
• Winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes.
• Prize has no cash value.
• Winner will receive 12 gift certificates good for 1 free fruit or cream pie of his choice (off our regular menu) valid one per month beginning in August 2010 and ending in July 2011. Pie may be ordered in person or by phone and picked up at either our main bakery located at 370 East Elkhorn Avenue • Estes Park • CO • 80517 or at You Need Pie!™ Too located at 140 East Elkhorn Avenue • Estes Park • CO • 80517.
• Winner need not be present to win.
• Winner will be selected at random from all entries by an impartial third party.
• Employees or immediate relatives (parents/guardians or offspring) of employees of any of the Estes Park Pie Shop and Bakery locations including Pie in the Sky Café, the Estes Park Pie Shop and Bakery, and You Need Pie!™ Too are not eligible to win.
• Winner need not be present to win.
• Winner agrees by entry to allow his name, likeness, and photograph to be used in all print and on-line marketing and other materials which become the sole property of the Estes Park Pie Shop and Bakery and to be used in the marketing and online materials for any of its affiliated businesses.
