The Estes Park Pie Shop & Bakery announced last week at Free Breakfast Thursday the delivery of a new line of breakfast cookies. They are called Colorado Breakfast Cookie Bars and were introduced in four flavors: triple berry, apricot plum, apple walnut, and peanut butter. Made with all natural ingredients including whole grain oats, whole grain wheat flour, and ground flax seed to provide the omega-3 oil, these new breakfast cookie bars are sure to please those seeking something hearty for long hike into Rocky Mountain National Park.
