The Mt. Olympus Breakfast is our signature Prix Fixe Plate featuring a mouth-watering assortment of our breakfast treats including a sizable portion of our French Toast Casserole, a two-egg cheese fritatta, a serving of breakfast meat, a serving of our hash brown casserole, and a cinnamon roll or a sticky bun! Most people find it too big for one person; and, until recently no single person had ever finished it in house in one sitting. The first person to complete the challenge prompted us to start a Hall of Fame to recognize the few who complete this feat of culinary fortitude truly worthy of its namesake mountain, Mt. Olympus (Estes Park not Greece).
